Result Investigation

This section covers the result investigation screen, accessible by clicking on a result in the control overview.

👥 Real-time collaboration — Multiple team members can work on the same result simultaneously: add comments, update the status, attach files, or assign owners.

Zone 1 — Result settings

This zone contains the identification and configuration options for the result.

Badge	Nom	Description
Badge 1	ID & label	Unique result ID and the control label it belongs to
Badge 2	Status	Investigation status: Not started, In progress, Done
Badge 3	Start investigation	Button to kick off the investigation workflow.
Badge 4	Ignore	Ignore this result if it's outside the scope of your investigation (e.g. insignificant amount).
Badge 5	Owner	Person assigned to investigate this result. Click the arrow to change.
Badge 6	Priority	Priority level for this result. Auto-calculated by Supervizor, adjustable manually.

Zone 2 — Result header 

The header displays the result's data pulled directly from the columns shown in the result table in the control overview article 

ℹ️ Info — The fields shown here vary depending on the control.

Zone 3  — Result details

This zone shows the detailed data for the result. The content varies by control depending on the type of data being analyzed.

ℹ️ Info — Details may cover: a journal entry, a third party, a bank account (RIB), an expense report, or any other element from your organization's data.

💡 Tip — Click the up/down arrows in any column header to sort the detail table.

Zone 4  — Collaboration panel

This zone centralizes all communication and documentation related to the investigation.

⚠️ Important — In the Comments tab, you can mention a colleague by typing @ followed by their username. They'll receive an email with a direct link to this result. The person must have a Supervizor account to be mentioned.

Badge 1	Comments	Add timestamped comments attributed to their author
Badge 2	Attachments	Upload files to document your investigation
Badge 3	Activity	Full history of all actions taken on this result: status changes, conclusions, comments, attachments

Zone 5  — Contextual actions

Badge	Nom	Description
Badge 1	Copy link	Copies the unique URL for this result to share with a colleague
Badge 2	Expand	Opens the result in a full-width view for easier investigation
Badge 3	Close result	Closes the result and returns to the control's result list
